The team at Scotpac is the best I've seen in Australia in all these years. Daxa Patel specifically was instrumental in ensuring that I had no issues with setting up the facility once we signed up and ensured that I had answers when I needed them. She was proactive in assessing our demands and provided the best possible solution at the time. I haven't met anyone as customer focused as Daxa before.I also like the fact that Scotpac have a great software that allows easy integration into Xero and therefore our admin effort in using the facility and reconciling was minimal or none. I will use Scotpac again if they give me a better deal in terms of fees than what I originally signed up for. ;)

What a difference 10 months makes. Scot Pac Equipment Finance have got a product that is marketable. We just settled a $480k deal in two weeks. A tough deal however the customer could show ample servicing and Scot Pac did their best to make it a deal.
