Andrew and the whole team at ScotPac looked at our business and industry as a whole and not just a number on a piece of paper. They understand the transport industry like I've never seen from a financial institution before and were extremely understanding of our position and needs in order to move forward and get back on the right track. ScotPac has without a doubt completely turned our business around from re-financing our existing loans, consolidating debt & supporting us with an invoice finance facility. Scot Pac have saved us thousands and thousands of dollars per month in repayments which has made an enormous difference to our cash flow. We had a fairly complex case to deal with to bring everything together but ScotPac took everything on board and made it so simple and easy and a such a pleasant experience. The follow up and updates from everyone in the team is second to none and I knew what was happening every step of the way. Scot Pac has a way of looking outside the box of traditional lending and find a way to make everything work for your business needs without going into unnecessary debt. I cannot recommend ScotPac highly enough with anyone looking at any type of business finance, equipment finance, home loans or an invoice finance facility. When it comes to our invoice facility the team in the background (Jordan, Niketh & Ali) are absolutely remarkable, nothing is too difficult, there are no silly questions and they all make you feel extremely secure with everything that's happening. The support I have received from the team is second to none and communication and follow up is absolutely A1. The invoice finance facility ScotPac has in place for us has been an absolute life line for our business and made all the difference to our cash flow. What a difference 10 months makes. Scot Pac Equipment Finance have got a product that is marketable. We just settled a $480k deal in two weeks. A tough deal however the customer could show ample servicing and Scot Pac did their best to make it a deal.
