ScotPac are transitioning to a new operating platform.
This is an exciting step in supporting our digital transformation journey.
Why we’re making this change
Our aim is to make things simpler for our people and our clients to enable us to better support your business.
The new platform will create efficiencies for us and give us better opportunity to grow with our clients, with minimal change impact.

– You can select which of your customers you would like us to consider funding

When are you making the change? – we’re introducing the new platform in May. Our team will be in touch with you over coming weeks with a more detailed timeline and next steps
How will I be advised of next steps? – We’ll communicate with you via email and phone calls and our team will be here to support you as you transition and get used to the new platform
What training will I get on the new platform? – you’ll receive access to support material in the form of videos and other documents. Our team will also be on hand to support you as you transition.
