Scotpac have been a god sent for our company. ScotPac have been superb to us. Teething issues took a little bit to get through, but ScotPac were responsive the whole time and really tried to make the process as smooth as possible, and resolved our issues quickly and efficiently.Since then, the service has been fantastic. ScotPac is very helpful, and I am glad we use their service. They're easy to communicate with, and when we need something from them, they give it as soon as they can. Nelly is the person I work with the most and she helps us with the best that she can. When I ask her to process a refund for our customer, she does it right away, which also helps us provide a better service to our customers.
