About your new portal

ScotPac are transitioning to a new operating platform.
This is an exciting step in supporting our digital transformation journey.

Why we’re making this change?
Our aim is to make things simpler for our people and our clients. The new platform will create efficiencies for us and in turn enable us to better support your business.

The new platform
Your new portal will provide easier access to support you in managing your facility with a simplified more user-friendly experience.

What’s different?
There will be some differences to your current platform around look and feel and the way you navigate and obtain reporting.

The process
ScotPac will handle the migration of all your customer and invoice data to the new platform and there will be no requirement for you to re-upload any information or data. You’ll receive new login credentials, and we’ll take you through the main functionality of your new portal before you go live.

Some questions

When are you making the change? – we’re introducing the new platform over the coming months. Our team will be in touch with you over coming weeks with a more detailed timeline and next steps.

How will I be advised of next steps? – we’ll communicate with you via email and phone calls, and our team will be here to support you as you transition and get used to the new platform.

What training will I get on the new platform? – you’ll receive access to support material and videos on the key functionality. Although this portal is new for you, we’ve been working with it for some time and have invested significantly in training resources and ongoing support. In addition, our team will be on hand to make the process as simple and streamlined as possible for you with minimal impact to your business
