Our NSW Office are proud to have recently held a fund raising event to benefit the charity, Camp Quality, whose purpose is to create a better life for every child living with cancer in Australia. They are committed to delivering national programmes that build resilience and optimistic behaviours for all children (0-13 years) living with cancer in Australia.
Scottish Pacific generously donated prizes, including accommodation and meal vouchers, and held a raffle to raise funds. An amazing $3530 was raised on the night, which when matched by Scottish pacific resulted in an outstanding $7060 for this worthwhile cause.
Sydney welcomed Cara Woods from Camp Quality to a morning tea where they handed over the donation and Cara explained a bit about how the money would help and expressed how grateful they were to receive these funds.
Prize winners were
1st Prize: Dinner, Bed (ocean retreat room) and Breakfast at Jonah’s Whale Beach (Valued at $1,000) – Thomas Duong
2nd Prize: $300 voucher for lunch or dinner at Café Sydney – David Fitzgibbon
3rd Prize: 750ml Moss Wood Margaret River 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon (Valued at $110) – Matt Livingston
It is always amazing to see the generosity of those who purchased raffle tickets and Scottish Pacific thank everyone who contributed to making the fund raising efforts such a huge success.
